We exist to nurture a community of #crazyplantpeople - Just when you think there isn't anyone else in the world that's crazier about plants more than you. We come along.

We enrich the lives of our customers by cultivating a friendly environment for people to learn and discover the world of plants while sharing our collection during special occasions.

Where are you located and where do you sell?

We're based 5 minutes from Maitland, NSW. We currently service and sell to NSW, Queensland, Victoria & South Australia. We cannot send to other states due to quarantine laws & regulations.

How do you price your plants?

We pride ourselves in growing and sourcing healthy and interesting plants.

We're very proud to say that we price our plants competitively and below the average retail price. 

How do I look after my plants?

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate $15 for all orders. The more you buy on one order, the more you save!

We do charge extra shipping for bulk orders, such as party bombonieres or excessively heavy orders.

How will my plants be shipped?

Plants are sent via Australia Post every Monday. Plants need to be ordered on or before Sunday 12PM to be sent on that Monday. All orders received after 12PM Sunday will be sent the following week.

We only send plants on Mondays to ensure delivery before the end of the week and to avoid them sitting in a depot over the weekend that may cause unnecessary stress to the plants. However, this is sometimes unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances but please rest assured that all plants are carefully selected, wrapped and packed to minimize movement and stress during transit and any unforeseen delays.

Customers will be notified of their tracking numbers via email, on the same day your order has been posted by us.

Please note that we do not send plants on short weeks that have Public Holidays. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to NSW, QLD, VIC & SA. Due to quarantine laws, we cannot ship plants to WA, TAS, and NT.

We do however deliver planters, pots and accessories to all states. 

What is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

We pride ourselves in making sure all our plants leave our care in top condition. We carefully wrap each plant individually to make sure they get to you in tip top shape. 

Despite the upmost care we take to ensure our plants are packaged well for their journey, on rare occasions, some damage does occur during transit that is beyond our control. This is just the nature of online business.

As a result, to provide our customers peace of mind, we offer a promise to do everything in our power to leave the customer feeling satisfied with the end results. Should something unfortunate happen, please notify us immediately on

Can I pick up my items from your store?

We are a completely online business without a shop front, so unfortunately, we do not offer a pick up option.
